Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register on njbet and use any of its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

Only one account may be opened on njbet. If the same person operates multiple accounts, this will be considered a direct breach of these terms and all related accounts may be closed. Information provided at registration — including name, phone number, email, and payment details — must be completely accurate and truthful.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

njbet may request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusing to provide information or submitting false information may result in account closure.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the njbet support team immediately. njbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently supported on the njbet platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited and may trigger an account investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be requested after funds have been successfully deposited and any applicable bonus conditions have been met. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. This may take longer during verification or if unusual activity is suspected.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while an account verification process is ongoing.
• The njbet security team reserves the right to review suspicious withdrawal requests.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Payments in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

njbet offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Promotions

njbet runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on the offer's detail page. General rules are as follows:

• Each promotion is limited to a specific time period.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are transferred to the cash balance after the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• njbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

njbet's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit (ranging from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond). Players can advance to the next level through regular and active play. njbet reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions.

Gameplay Rules

5.2 Betting Markets

Results in sports betting markets are determined based on official announcements from the relevant governing bodies (cricket boards, football federations, etc.). In the case of disputed results, njbet's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or software error, njbet will resolve it based on the recorded data. Bets left incomplete due to technical issues are generally cancelled and the staked amount is refunded.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

njbet reserves the right to set a maximum win amount for a single bet or within a specified time period. These limits may vary by game and circumstance.

9.3 Balance After Cancellation

If an account is cancelled due to a rule violation, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited. The regular cash balance may be returned subject to verification.

Limitation of Liability
